OnCore Ambassador: Desirée Walker

A native Washingtonian, Desirée Walker started Road2Par, LLC in 2016, after completion of the Golf Course Management Program at Golf Academy of America, located in Myrtle Beach, SC.

A graduate of Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, FL. class of 2005, Desirée spent her early career in law enforcement before taking up the game of golf. Road2Par® was originally started as a blog into the world of golf but Desirée soon realized she was not the only one on this journey.  She formed Road2Par, LLC and now works on assisting people with their Road2Par® through entertainment, events, and travel.

Having worked in private and public courses, Desirée has worked with various golf programs in helping others to include: US Kids Golf, First Tee, and Titleist Performance Institute. Through her love and passion for not just the sport but—the world and lifestyle of the golf community—she strives to continuously grow the game through entertainment, events, and travel.

In 2019, while growing the game through social media marketing, Desirée met three other like-minded golfers and started Black Golf Alliance, LLC, which reaches over 7,000 black golfers across the world.  In 2020, the Black Golf Alliance. LLC held its inaugural Juneteenth Golf Getaway, which will annually give back to Historically Black Colleges and Universities to assist with their respective golf programs.

Road2Par, LLC has over 50 activations yearly reaching 6,000 people yearly through entertainment, events, and travel.
